Great Culture, Poor Pay and Incentive Structure

Excellent Communication & Leadership Lots of room for growth. PTO after 5 years is great. Reasonable at start. Sick time is generous. Remote work.

Cons

EVERYONE at the hospital gets the exact same raise and same bonus every year. Raises are unable to keep up with Inflation. Zero incentive to perform well. Medical benefits are just ok. Expensive for what you get.
