Good place to work overall

Pros

Good people Good management (for the most part) They really care about the employees and customers Good work life balance Management always willing to work with you if Life events happen

Cons

Depending on the department, can be really slow pace Not a lot of upward mobility ( that is due to the fact, not a lot of people leave the bank!), so if you are looking to advance quickly, it maybe difficult, unless you come in the right time. Older staff nearing retirement age, so hopefully new positions open up soon.
