Pros

I had a great team at my branch and they really supported me. The CEO is a really wonderful person and definitely cares about us here at the branches. My manager really worked with me to make sure that my training at the branch was efficient and I could learn.

Cons

The HR and recruitment team are completely disorganized and in disarray. When I was first interviewed, the recruiter was over three hours late. I found communicating with them challenging and getting simple issues sorted difficult. Benefits at the part time level can be limited. In addition, there are some procedures that I find are archaic and can get people confused.
