There are a lot of opportunities to grow and learn if you are willing to ask. The company encourages employees to attend training courses and obtain licenses/certifications. The communication is very open.

Cons

Employee morale is low in certain departments. The Company addresses this overall by hosting an awards dinner, holiday party, employee activity events, and volunteer events.
