Terrible favoritism runs rampant no reason either your in or your out ! If your good at your position your stuck !

Hard to think of any ? Certain people thrive but for the most part the wrong reasons ! They usually are foul curse a great deal ! More interested in who they consider funny in their twisted drama then the work that needs to be performed ! Totally unprofessional !!!
Cons
Cheap ! Raises are pathetic at best ! They were good at one time but now tight wads ! They tell you how fortunate you are to be employed by them constantly ! No reason no advancement no bonus no raise worth getting the longer you stay the less your raise 22 years I got 60 cent increase an hour ? Have to work 12 hours for a pack of butts ! No education even if you fight to get one if your not in the club no help ! And then they hunt you down because in reality they don't want a person like you to succeed ! A cast system !
