Pay for leasing compensation is a joke..
Upper Management: dishonest, unprofessional, treat people like a number instead of a person.
This company has a bad reputation for being a Slum Lord from past tenants they leased to. They only care about property owners, not tenants. No balance and it shows with their reputation where they're located.
Extremely high turnover rate for managers and staff. Some quit and they also fire good people all the time (company politics)
Extremely unprofessional and incompetent Senior Management. They have the gift of gab and it doesn't take long to notice that is all they do...talk you know what.
Typical cut throat corporate environment with insecure leadership which makes it even worse. HR is a joke too, so no help there.
