      Pros

      This is a growing company where each staff member is valued, our ideas listened to, input welcomed; skills and talents made the most of. With the growth of the company there is also room for professional development. Every day is different, lots of changes as we build and fine tune processes. There is pressure but we have the best of the best for coworkers, a culture of true teamwork and tons of laughter!

      Pros

      most staff is kind and helpful Lots of opening throughout the company all of the time (from people quitting or getting fired monthly, mostly leasing staff or managers)

      Cons

      Pay for leasing compensation is a joke.. Upper Management: dishonest, unprofessional, treat people like a number instead of a person. This company has a bad reputation for being a Slum Lord from past tenants they leased to. They only care about property owners, not tenants. No balance and it shows with their reputation where they're located. Extremely high turnover rate for managers and staff. Some quit and they also fire good people all the time (company politics) Extremely unprofessional and incompetent Senior Management. They have the gift of gab and it doesn't take long to notice that is all they do...talk you know what. Typical cut throat corporate environment with insecure leadership which makes it even worse. HR is a joke too, so no help there.
