Pros
1. Benefits are quite good — insurance coverage is decent, got afternoon tea sometimes 2. Bonus is actually not bad compared to market
Cons
1. Management super messy. Communication not very clear, priorities keep changing, so a lot of time wasted during office hours. End up real work only start late, then people stay late for no good reason. (hope they can understand OT till late does not equal to hardworking) 2. Office culture is quite political also. Got small cliques here and there, especially among certain groups, and if you’re not “inside”, collaboration can be difficult.
