Great fellow employees , that are willing to help as much as possible, anything you need in regards to tools and resources are available , best job i had so far , the pay is great as well, as a mini-split tech support everything i need is available to me.

Cons

the only bad thing is that is hard to get promoted u think promotions will increase the workers motivation, and morale.
