Pros

The benefits package is great. Good healthcare, lots of PTO and sick days. The culture is overall good.

Cons

As with most places, there are lots of egos and cliques. If you don't fit in with the right crowd, advancing can be difficult, even if you are good worker. Management has an open door policy but that doesn't always mean they are open to helping. While I was there, I wanted to learn more, but most times, I had to figure things out on my own. When asking management for guidance on a skill/project I hadn't done, it would sometimes be met with a shrug. Then they would get upset if it wasn't what they envisioned.
