Great company to work for as a whole. The pay is a little more than some banks in the area.

Cons

Not so great if you work at a small branch and your bank manager doesn't know what they are doing. Upper management does not pay attention to who is actually doing all the work.

Cons

To many people upon top fighting for their positions. The people in the trenches are experiencing mounting frustration and anxiety that should not be allowed in the work place.
