      Pros

      A very profitable medical device business with a focus on innovation and values. It is privately held and the CEO firmly believes what she says. Headquartered in SW Ohio, the values of the organization and its people permeate through all levels of the organization. The employees are responsible to advance their careers and are given every opportunity to do so. Managers help employees to realize personal and professional goals.

      Cons

      It is not a very fast-paced organization for its medium size. Decisions take some time to implement and change isn't looked upon favorably. Part of the reason why management is so admired is because they take employees' concerns into account with big decisions. But this is also why it can be hard to get things done.
