      Pros

      I’ve met some of the most talented people ever during my time at Midway Staffing. It's also given me the opportunity for both lateral and upward career development. And, it really is inspiring to work with a very collaborative team.

      High Pressure, Fast-paced, other than that nothing else to add.

      You are surrounded by people who are hard working, humble and always willing to help. A lot of growth for individuals who like customer service and fast paced environments. Leadership values employees on a personal level

      With a fast growing company, there are bound to be growing pains. One of these pains is expecting flexibility from our current team members during high volume seasons.
