Flexible schedules, amazing staff that only wants you to exceed, and lots of added bonus' Alot of employee appreciation stuff like free shirts, hoodies, and BBQs. When there is overtime they provide lunch which is always nice Quick advancement if meeting productivity

Cons

You HAVE to be an NRA Member to receive a company discount (must provide NRA membership number to recieve)

Midway offeres benefits for part time employees that include a 401k, profit sharing, profit sharing and mostly flexible hours.

Cons

The work is mind-numbingly repetitive and boring. Overtime is an often occurrence which requires an extra hour of work. Taking time off must be planned months in advance.
