Pros

Nothing good comes from working here.

Cons

Company treats employees horrible. Salary is meager and expected to work unreasonable hours with no overtime. Want you to collect debts using illegal tactics to students who are duped into an expensive degree that are making meager wages if that. Turnover is incredibly high because people are fired for ridiculous reasons. The owner has no clue about her business because she is never there. Additionally, you will be handling her personal business.

Pros

The plants and water decor inside the building is pretty cool.

Cons

I'll start by saying I'm a very easy going person and respect that different companies/organizations have their own policies and procedures. I know the importance of respecting authority and transition easily to a new environment. So this is NOT about me wanting to do things my way and I'm not a know it all. I've worked for several colleges over the years as an instructor and this place is a joke. The way they obtained their accreditation is fraudulent. ANYONE THINKING ABOUT WORKING HERE- No matter what your told upon hire..You will NEVER get a raise or any type of benefits, your pay checks will be short more often than they are correct. There is a never ending turnover because the employees are treated like dirt, especially if you have prior experience or an education, you will be belittled because NONE of the upper management have an education or degree. NOTE TO ANYONE THINKING OF GOING TO SCHOOL HERE- Whatever you are told in orientation is NOT what or how you'll be taught. A syllabus is never given to the students, its only there to 'Show" the accreditation body. Instructors are forbidden to give the students any type of 'what to expect' (Course Outline, Syllabi etc..) I could go on and on. Bottom line is the place is a joke and I have No Idea how it's been in business as long as it has.
