      Pros

      It was a straight forward job that I could complete while catching up on podcasts or listening to music.

      Cons

      Downside is that restock of supplies and equipment isn't dependable. I spent my last 2 weeks sweeping and picking up debris by hand in a 3 floor building, because my vacuum was broken and no one would help me. The lead custodians that are managing and training are simply stretched too thin to assist with anything extra.

      Pros

      I like to work independently and be by myself. This job lets me do that. I talk to my supervisor everyday that I work. So, if I need anything she is there to help. The work is not hard.

      Cons

      I have none at this time. It has been a great part-time job.

We strive to have very flexible hours and have positions where you can work as little (2-5 hours a week) or 40+ hours per week. We value all our staff and want to work with them to get the schedule that works best for them. Hope to hear from you directly so this can improve.
