Everything from poor conditions of lifts and unprofessional supervisors to undervalued staff and bully mentality. I have paragraphs I could write about this place. This company is like a wolf in sheep's clothing. The human resource department is an absolute joke. If you report something it will get back to the person you reported. This company boasts morals they can't even live up to and sell themselves as having Midwest values. Modesty- Not in the least. The fact that you have to say you're modest already goes against the definition, in my opinion. Integrity- You have members of management lying to cover their own mistakes. Dependability- You can depend on their point system to work against parents or anyone responsible for another life. 10 points and you’re gone. You have a flat tire and are late to work? You're penalized. Work ethic- They hold normal staff to a standard that supervisors won't uphold. Efficiency- They have staff there that prove themselves to be efficient and as an asset to their company. Safety- Yes, if you consider an old, ethically engineered lift with broken or cracked cages and forks safe. Trustworthy- You can trust that these guys will use you and spit you out. There is so much to say about the work conditions. The management there is a Boys Club. They protect their boys and cover their mistakes. Another example of how some people are held to a different set of standards. Some people bust their butt to get their jobs done while others sit and literally do nothing. Supervisors are allowed to bully office and warehouse staff. There are cameras everywhere and they will use them to ridicule and inappropriately reprimand staff. If you are a woman, you will not get the same respect or treatment a man does. The turnover rate is crazy and I have seen so many people come and go, much more than any other job I’ve had. The company culture leaves a lot to be desired in a nutshell.
