Pros

Great immediate upper management, very supportive, helpful, and willing to adapt, especially for college students. Supervisors and leads are very respectful and helpful. Enjoyable social environment.

Cons

Pay raises are few and far in-between. No incentive to stay with the company. Mid-low range benefit package. Major disconnect between corporate and individual warehouses. Unwilling to update, upgrade, or make suggested changes to warehouse, storage arrangements, or equipment unless forced to.
