Pros

So they give amazing PTO and time off they are VERY generous with this part. And the health coverage is pretty great aswell

Cons

Heavy micromanaging, stalking, favortism, no overtime unless you are a selected favorite then you will be given overtime secretly and very low pay and raises. Also too clickish, and if you don't fit in and prefer to work alone and be alone then they will load you with more work than the others that fit in and do a lot of @$$ kissing. Many people are leaving because of this. Overall the overtime isn't given fairly, some get it all and some will get none at all even if you ask and beg them for some.

Pros

-I have health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and I may get to work from home if my boss is feeling nice and isn't on a power trip (which isn't common)

Cons

-doesn't give actual raises (I may get 2-4% is I exceed expectations, which seems impossible...while the University President makes 4+ million a year) -TERRIBLE LEADERSHIP -refuses to move into the year 2024 -refuses to invest in software and programs that a university needs to function (i.e. PeopleSoft)...and fully relies on Excel sheets -salary employees are expected to work 40+ hours a week
