Systemic issues, racist employer

Pros

Pays well, good retirement benefits, manageable workload

Cons

Faculty are leaving left and right, despite the decent pay. That should tell you something. People who get promoted are those who are willing to "look the other way" on this diploma mill & drink the blue cool-aid. They rise to the level of their incompetence, and faculty who are more capable & caring are pushed out with the hostile, hostile work environment. Students of color are also either forced out or asked to take on immense amounts of emotional labor, only to have their voices discredited.
