HR officials DO NOT check both sides of an issue before issuing/supporting discipilinary actions...management thru gossip. Focus energy and attention to the staff members PASSIONATE about their work and not just sittin' around crying about everything. Don't be fooled by the "nice-nice" behaviors that you see :: and keep your mouth shut if you want to keep your job: even if regulations are being violated....caused too much anxiety for this hard working technician ("mentor").
