Pros

Midwestern offers the best benefits I have ever had and they keep adding new benefits! The President/CEO is a wonderful woman who seems to really care about her employees and consider them in every decision she makes. Great work/life balance and love my co-workers!

Cons

None as far as I am concerned. It does seem that each department has its own culture and some departments seem to have more issues than others. Also, some jobs seem to have limited room for advancement so if that is important to you be sure to ask about it before you take the job.
