Great flexibility in schedule as a contract hire.

Cons

Not a lot of help when you first start. Get to know your co-workers so they can help you get familiar with how things work and who to rely on in the department.

Great Benefits, PTO and flexible scheduling depending on department. Great environment the people are generally good to work with.

Cons

Older University and change can be slow and at times hard to rise within but certainly possible just will take some patience.

Good benifits, good pay, retirement, FMLA, vacation, personal and sick days.

Cons

Poor management, low employee morale, hours get moved around with no concern for employee home life, favoritism, POOR MANAGEMENT
