It's a pretty good place to work, lots of different jobs in different colleges of medicine. I hear the benefits are excellent.

Difficult to get hired full time.

Schedule flexibility, Campus-wide activities, big emphasis on health and wellness

Cons

lack of growth availability. Your experience also depends heavily on which PIs you work for and in what department. It can either be great or awful. High turnover rates in many labs.
