I liked the small class size and small faculty.

Cons

Did not like being an adjunct vs. full-time faculty, on the outside. Also not paid enough for the amount of work involved wit thravel, class prep, teaching and grading.

It's a pretty good place to work, lots of different jobs in different colleges of medicine. I hear the benefits are excellent.

Difficult to get hired full time.
