Pros
Time off is generous and the benefits are good. Faculty and staff genuinely want students to succeed.
Cons
Pay is very low for staff positions while President/faculty pay is extremely high. This would not be quite as hard to accept if those receiving the high salary actually knew what they were doing. Midwestern is one of those places where a few are doing all the work, and they aren't at the top. Extreme lack of accountability with many people coming in late, going home early, taking advantage of working from home, etc. Employee satisfaction would increase dramatically if these issues were addressed. While the school is updating some facilities, others are in desperate need of a facelift. Parking is also a huge issue.
