Pros

Very good amount of time off - 2 weeks over Christmas. Vacation and flex is accrued fairly fast.

Cons

Work from home hybrid only offered to faculty and salaried employees, not hourly. Managers don't know how to manage and work less than their employees.

New management is a joke

Pros

Great benefits and weekends off

Cons

MWU was a great company to work for, for many years. A complete turnover in the management of the veterinary college continues to sink the ship. Zero accountability for those not doing their jobs or those not even showing up to work. Zero communication. The doctors are running a muck. Its pure anarchy here. Very difficult for those trying to do a good job and provide good patient care.

Pros

The health insurance is excellent.

Cons

Make promises about future raises and opportunities to advance that do not come to fruition.
