The discounts! The PK from Industry Experts, The parties, the Mega Sale paycheck, The company Picnic and the Summer rides (Col De Pantol, Diablo etc.)

Cons

Winters were slow, high turnover (but hey it's retail), no path outside of store management

Pros

In good times, the money is very good for a bike shop and probably for retail in general. You'll meet some great people and they want everyone to be excited about cycling. Also you get good training and experience to tons of products.

Cons

In bad times, the money isn't great. Also the company seems to be losing direction, not sure if they want to be the big shop or the little local shop.
