Many opportunities for advancement. Large business by bike shop standards providing an interesting opportunity to move around within the company. Several shop locations provide options for employment all over the Bay Area. The size of the company provides employees the ability to gain experience in everything from building bikes to managing a distribution center.

Cons

A more corporate atmosphere than is common at most bike shops.
