Flexible schedule, working with a team. If you want to move into management there’s always a spot open due to high turnover.

Cons

Corporate does not care about their employees. Dealing with constant call offs. High expectations w little reward. Constant critiquing with no thought on how it is in their shoes. I’ve spent 5 loyal years at Mikes and been treated with no respect. I’m just a cog in their Mikes Carwash machine. Any issues that you bring up to upper management is dismissed and makes the person bringing up the issue the problem.
