Literally none. This is a trash work place.

Cons

Toxic work environment (lots of gossip) and manipulative management. Minimal training and leaves you with tasks that aren’t apart of your job description plus expects you to go the extra mile without any incentives. Seems like they are so terrible at getting students to pay them they want you to be a collections agent and are satisfied just getting paid by the government.

I did earn a paycheck.

At first, I really believed that this school wanted to help prospective students obtain an education, but as time went on, I learned that it was just about making numbers for each class. The staff was unprofessional across the board. My supervisor would speak to other FA Reps in Spanish, even when discussing work, which alienates those of us who did not understand the language.

Cons

I was a full-time faculty member for three years, during which I worked throughout the pandemic. Ahead of a looming recession and rampant inflation, I was let go without severance of any kind. In addition to this, the school is corrupt and takes advantage of its students.
