Business Outlook
Pros
Before the last manager, this was a decent company to work for. Okay pay, good benefits, etc. Good location, high visibility, good product that customers like.
Cons
Then a GM that supposedly sexually harassed females at other locations moved in. He is verbally abusive, prone to explode in fits of rage and says highly sexual/inappropriate things to female employees. He manages to fool most customers but all of the good people are leaving as soon as they can. All of the signs of bad management are there. Many employees believe the GM to have some sort of serious mood disorder and its old-school car selling unethical there whenever he can get away with it.
