      Structured company, inventory and fleet are on point

      Cons

      Pricing made high on repairs so the company can move equipment. Insurance is very high. In house schooling is designed to push out experienced technicians and replace them with inexpensive sales technicians. It used to be a good company now its all about selling boxes (equipment). Not much diversity.
