Pros
Milestone management truly cares about its team members' professional and personal success. They take the time to actively invest in you, but expect you to do the work needed to continue to grow (as they should). I've been part of key decision-making discussions that have helped shape the course of the company's growth and that is not uncommon regardless of holding an office or field position. The team feels like a family more than coworkers.
Cons
Some systems and processes are still in progress, but that's to be expected with a rapidly growing company.
