Pros

Italians are fun to work with, they pay (employees) on time.

Cons

They say Italians are terrible managers, and you can see that in Milestone. People do avoid taking responsibility, tasks can pingpong until they arrive to someone that can actually do it. There are much more middle managers than needed to run a company.

Pros

Has a great family culture and you really feel like part of the team. You have easy access to almost all management. Interesting work if you're into science, etc.

Cons

Some communications gaps which becomes an issue when you're dealing with pretty specialized scientific equipment. Still working through some structuring issues.
