Pros
- Videogames! - If you're able to make your way and are ready to take new responsibilities, job can be mentally rewarding - Lots of good people - Overall good work ethics - Remote work! - Good work/life balance for most of the company - Quality of work is improving, projects quality is improving, the trajectory seems excellent, despite much work still to do
Cons
- Medium - low salaries - Not easy to talk about your career path and salary, easy to get ghosted - Company main goal seems always to save money before anything else - They don't fire people that should be fired for being incompetent, meanwhile people working good gets low pay just like people working bad - Even though the company is working full remote from 2 years now with the best results so far and better efficiency, it's still not confirmed. Meanwhile people would like to take life-changing decisions and can't
