At least they respond quickly, just don’t expect traction & action. It's all words

Cons

Unwilling to make any lasting change. Despite numerous complaints, the HR team is unwilling to do anything to resolve issues. They'll set meetings, but not effect any real change. The same issues continually persist, hurt the reputation of the team, and destroy moral. Choosing to leave the company due to complete lack of corporate support by the HR team. Very disappointed.
