Pros

Hard workers who take the initiative and volunteer for extra time are rewarded with more work and other opportunities, but they don't always pay you any more. They will promote those who want to lead teams,

Cons

There is a Military type atmosphere here. Most of the techs are treated like army recruits at the start. There are some project leaders who are not very friendly .. you could say they are more like tough construction sups.
