Ability to do and build things your way for most low level projects and tasks. Exceptional HR staff. Salaries are very fair. Working with clients who are industry leaders. Strong support of work/life balance. Really great people at the Director level and below. Passion of Executive VP, support of COO

Extreme micromanagement by CEO. Leadership teams are unable to make any meaningful decisions without CEO's involvment.

I really like the hourly wage which was not too bad. it was a good part time job which is good if youre going to school .everyone was very professional and it was a good training experience for me.

Cons

the only problem i had starting with milestone is that the only way to get a full time job is to constantly say yes to their projects however if they only give u a two day project every 2 weeks its hard to really get a stake in the company
