Retroactive pay reduction/not paying out untaken rest periods based on bad scheduling happened regularly until recently.

Pros

The pay is very competitive for the area. The company s fairly easy as far as the interview process goes. They try to be a fun and upbeat center providing fun things along the way.

Cons

Upper management is impossible to communicate with. Most support groups are over-worked and under appreciated. There is little communication across support groups so things often end up misconstrued. Things change often and very last minute, so if you can't keep on your toes this isn't a good fit. If you are hoping for raises and a professional work environment, the Chico Contact Center is not the place for you.
