Just to clarify, I selected Full-Time, but I worked 30 hours per week, so, almost full time. 1. Money. That's it. Nothing else. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, to be completely honest.

Cons

1. Micromanagement. 2. Constant insults in the workplace from Team Leader. 3. If Team Leader does not like you for some unknown reason, he will make sure you feel that on your skin. 4. If you confront Team Leader for unfair treatment, it will only get worse. 5. When you try to complain, Management will DO NOTHING, believe me. The Management will ALWAYS be on Team Leader's side. ALWAYS. Hahaha, they even promoted that useless excuse for the (use your imagination). 6. The only way to advance in your Milestone career is to ruin other employees' lives.
