Free wood (scap) Plenty O.T. Little to no supervision Decent Pay 1 week off unpaid for Christmas

Working area unsafe possibility of being crushed Poor training of new crew Moral constantly low Severe order back log with no end insight 12hour days 6 days a week Supervisor does not care about employees or their families, leaves after 8 hours. Doesn't communicate at all with employees, especially the swing shift employees. Babies the day shift employees
