      Pros

      Work/life balance. Feel successful and appreciated in my position and by my direct coworkers & manager.

      Cons

      Low employee morale. Unfortunately employee morale and management support has dramatically decreased over the past 5 or so years, making day-to-day tasks as well as special projects harder to accomplish.

      Pros

      My team! Absolutely love the people I'm surrounded by. Happy to be working along side a team that supports you and am also excited every day to learn from them and grow in my career.

      Cons

      Genuinely, there are no downsides that I can think of. Except my commute from Seattle to the offices, but that's my choice so that's on me! haha And we've been working from home during the pandemic, super grateful for that.

      Pros

      I've been with the company for over a decade and have had the opportunity to take on a wide variety of roles & responsibilities. Management is good at responding to team member's needs for development.

      Cons

      Very rapid pace environment. Team members that can adapt quickly to changes do really well.
