      Pros

      in general good people trying to do the right thing to support customers. Were just starting to work on process improvement.

      Cons

      to much time spent shooting from the hip rather than finding thoughtful solutions. tended to address symptoms rather than root cause problems. Low sales could not support ongoing operations.
