Pros

Milgard treats employees fairly and seem to really care about the people who work there. Corporate is awesome but the actual workplace culture in the day to day alot of the actual employees in the office are catty and petty and it is a stressful office environment because of that.

Cons

There was a lot of game playing and throwing people under the bus instead of working as a team, and I found this to be true from the top down, it really made me sad

Milgard was a great start to my career. They believe in their employees while giving back to the community. The employees and managers worked well together to acheive the goals they had set.

Cons

While wanting to expand they did not have all the tools needed to do so.

Pros

Great people to work with . People who work hard and do not bring their own agendas do very well. There have been some bad eggs (posting on this board) but were either fired or left the company. Executives are good people..seem to care a lot about employees

Cons

Profit sharing was cut and just recently started up again but not a lot. Lot of changes past few years but looks like its getting better. Bonus program is best I ever had.
