      Culture Needs Work, but Overall... Okay Company

      Interesting work, not micromanaged by anyone, directors in my Center are really helpful and acknowledge my work, coworkers are very respectful and nice. Basically, I really like the work and the people.

      Cons

      Really outdated office infrastructure and low salary. I know were a non - profit so we can't splurge on the good stuff, but the office in Santa Monica is just plain depressing with the unnatural lighting, lack of windows, and cubicles. There would be a greater incentive in going back to the office if it were renovated. At least splurge on the technology - the monitors there are historic. Low salary and no bonus structure. Also - if you're promoted, you get an EXTREMELTY little pay raise, so beware. Culture needs work in that... we have none. Zero culture.
