Fairly Clean environment. Business is closed on Sundays.

Cons

Growing company that is transitioning from mom & pop business to 3 locations. As a result they are struggling with their identify and the employees are often sacrificed as a result.

Pros

Many employees have worked here for a long time so everyone knows each other really well. This makes it easy for everyone to get along.

Cons

In the building industry and the recession wasn't easy on the company. Different locations have created some silos but these are getting better.
