      Pros

      I already feel like I’ve grown a lot, even though I’ve only been with the company for just over a year. It’s a good balance of challenging/manageable where I’m able to learn something new every week without feeling overwhelmed or burnt out.

      Cons

      There are so many moving parts that sometimes, important details get “lost” in the process of being passed down from person to person.

      Pros

      I have nothing but good things to say about Millennium Software! The people who worked here were spectacular. They were always on top of their work and easily accessible whenever I needed additional support. This includes both my managers and my coworkers. My work/life balance was excellent. Barely ever had to work OT to complete projects. I got paid what I was worth and the benefits were competitive too.

      Cons

      Well, personally I like a more “flexible” schedule, but it’s very rare to find companies that let you work whatever hours you want!
