      In my 10+ years of working in IT and Top engineering companies, found Millennium a company pushing for better growth in career and personal. Best about the company is - 1. Its very transparent 2. Employee focused 3. Training for Recruitment, IT Skills and Physical/Mental Health 4. No Hierarchy and can reach to any level of management for help without fear 5. Best practices in staffing business 6. Respect for each employee

      For those, who can't handle the pushing the limits - Pushing for growth as some individual take it as pressure and don't like the change even if it is positive

      1. Best salaries in market 2. Excellent incentive and commission policy 3. Profit sharing 4. Employee friendly organization 5. Performance driven company 6. Treats its employees as family members 7. Even in Covid, no deduction in salary/ incentives etc 8. Training and mentorship programs are really helpful 9. No hierarchy. No bossy managers 10. Everyone is treated with respect and consideration. 11. Transparent work culture
