A great company, with a lucrative commission and bonus structure, and the definite possibility to advance within.
Pros
The biggest pro I can share is the ability to work for a media giant like AT&T but know the owners on a first name basis. You are treated not like a rep or a manager but like family and you are always involved and in the loop of anything and everything that is going on. The ability to grow with the company is another HUGE pro for me. It seems like if you have the ability to sell, great interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to lead a team that you could definitely become a manager after 6-12 months with this company. The sky's the limit with how much you can grow and if you're good enough you'll have an exceptionally high ceiling. The final point I will try to make from my time with MWT is the consistent amount of feedback you receive and give about anything and everything going on in your store. From the phones and tablets you need and want, to the cases and accessories you want on your shelves, and all the way to supplies you'd like to have; you are in the driver seat to maintain and run your own store (within reason of course.) The give you all the tools you need to be successful, succeed, and advance but it is up to you to make their vision for you come true.
Cons
Like any retail position, expect to work some weekends and some long hours. I would also urge you to bring your A game with you, this company is very lucrative in its bonus and commission structure but if you don't put forth the effort; your paycheck will take a hit.
